WLANtenna Wireless Products custom built computers are warranted for a period of 3 years to be free of defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover cosmetic or physical damage, damage due to lightning or electrical surges, fire, flood or any other acts of nature, damage due to improper use or software related problems. We also provide free technical support to help you diagnose your problem. If we determine that it is necessary to return an item for further diagnosis and/or repair we will promptly issue you a return authorization (RMA) and a pre-paid return label. We will do everything possible to expedite the process of resolving your situation and keep you informed of the status of your warranty repair.
