Due to the technical nature of our products plus time-consuming design and
planning requirements
we cannot
provide technical support by phone. For technical support or RMA requests,

provide a valid email address when placing an order by phone. We
will email you a payment request and you simply "click and pay"
using a credit card, bank account or PayPal account. A PayPal

Authorization (RMA) |

We offer a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee on all of
our products except where noted. Please pay close attention
when ordering as some items are not returnable and shipping
charges are not refundable. Any product returned must be in
NEW/SALEABLE condition. Our normal shipping
charge will be deducted from your refund for any item(s)
ordered with free shipping. A return authorization
(RMA) is required. A
return authorization may be obtained by
email. If payment was
made through PayPal we will refund your PayPal account. If
payment was made by Money Order, we will mail you a check.
